Carla Planes

Carla has been the Operations Manager at Sherpa Capital since September 2022, leading transformation processes in collaboration with an operating partner and contributing her expertise in areas such as strategy, marketing, business development, growth, and commercial internationalization plans, as well as the development of new operational models and change management.

Previously, she worked in business consulting at Improven for four years, where she participated in over 30 projects across various sectors including Retail and Food. She also has experience in the Retail sector, managing textile industry franchises with over 100 people under her supervision and being responsible for the profit and loss account.

Carla holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, a master’s in Management from IE Business School, and has pursued additional studies in Paris, London, and Los Angeles.
