Alfredo Bru

Alfredo Bru is CEO and Founding Partner of Sherpa Capital. Sherpa Capital is the leading private equity firm in investments based on operational improvement strategies in Spain. In his career as an investor, he has been part of highly successful operations in the sector.

Before founding Sherpa Capital, Alfredo was CEO and partner at Improven, a strategic consulting firm specialized in improving the growth strategy, operations and financial management of medium-sized companies.

Throughout his professional career, Alfredo has actively participated in transformation projects of more than 200 companies in multiple sectors. Currently, he is part of the Board of Directors of the companies in which Sherpa participates, as well as participating as an independent director in the biotechnology pharmaceutical company HIPRA, and in the Spanish retail group K-GLOBAL.

Alfredo is an industrial engineer from the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
