Grupo Polibol-Bolfor is one of the national references in the graphic arts sector, with a strong customer orientation and whose activity began in 1959. Its main activity is the manufacture of containers and packaging for the leading companies in each sector, whose products are present on the shelves of the five continents.

Sherpa Capital became a majority shareholder in 2010. This transaction was made by the management team who at the same time were the majority shareholders of the Company since 2006.

In 2013, following the strategy designed by Polibol’s management and the Sherpa Capital team, it was decided to take a controlling stake (100%) in Bolfor, a direct competitor. Thanks to this acquisition, the Group gained technical capabilities and gained access to new strategic clients.

In 2015, Sherpa Capital divested its stake in the Polibol-Bolfor Group, bringing in a multinational in the cardboard sector.
