Based in Valencia, Forenqui is a family company with more than 30 years of history, leader in the production and distribution of hygiene and personal care products. It has a workforce of around 100 employees and annual revenues of close to 30 million euros, of which more than 50% are international, coming from markets such as Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
The entry of Sherpa Capital responds to the need to manage the generational change in the company’s shareholding and to accompany the management team in the execution of the strategic plan. Among Forenqui’s objectives for the coming years is the development of new business lines, mainly in parapharmacy and facial care, as well as the creation of new innovative products, which are increasingly demanded by consumers, such as natural products, free of plastics and parabens.
