Fernando Llano joined Sherpa Capital’s Management Committee and Investment Committee in 2022.

Since 2010, he has worked closely with Sherpa, implementing improvement plans across various areas, including operations, competitiveness, internationalization, marketing, and strategy, across all portfolio companies. He’s been actively involved through the life cycle of companies such as Indo and Ferreira, contributing his expertise and leadership.

He currently serves as CEO of several Sherpa-invested companies, playing a key role in their transformation and sustainable growth. His career spans over 15 years as both an interim executive and advisor in various sectors.

Previously, Fernando worked in consulting, making a significant impact on outcomes, concluding his tenure as a partner at Improven. He holds a degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Cantabria and an MBA, showcasing his ability to merge solid academic knowledge with extensive strategic and practical business experience.
