Jorge Fernández Miret

Since 2012, Jorge has been part of Sherpa Capital, where he leverages his expertise as a member of the Management Committee and the Investment Committee.

Jorge leads the investment strategy and oversees the studies and execution of investments and divestitures for the fund.

Moreover, he sits on the board of directors of several companies backed by Sherpa Capital.

With previous experience of 5 years in business consulting at Improven, he specialized in strategic and viability plans, advisory on buying and selling operations of companies, as well as operational and organizational improvements. This background provides him with a broad perspective and comprehensive understanding of businesses beyond financial figures.

He holds an EMBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Navarra.
