Susana Gómez

Since 2015, Susana has been assisting Sherpa in the organizational development of both the management company and the investee companies, focusing on organizational culture, high-performance teams, and talent management.

Her extensive experience of over 25 years as an entrepreneur, executive, and advisor in renowned multinationals like PwC, Avon Cosmetics, and Kellogg’s has made her a leading figure in the future of work, organizational transformation, and talent management. She currently advises as an independent board member and expert to CEOs and boards.

She holds a degree in Economics and Business Sciences, a master’s in Human Resources Management from IE Business School, and is certified by IESE and IC-A as an independent director.
